| ~ All bait, tackle and ice is provided |

| ~ Zero Tolerance for illegal drugs, hard liquor and GPS devices. The trip will be terminated without a refund. |

| ~ If acting inappropriately or you appear intoxicated, the charter will be cancelled without a refund. |
|
| ~ Beer is permitted in CANS ONLY and in moderation. |
|
| ~ Any damage to the equipment or vessel you will be responsible for repair and/or replacement. |
|
| ~ A tip of 15 - 20% is customary for mates. |
|
| ~ The balance of the trip, minus the $100 is due prior to leaving the dock. |

| DEPOSITS |

| ~ $100 is due upon booking |

| ~ The deposit is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled 7 or less days prior to the trip. |
|
| ~ It is the Captain's call for weather. If the weather is unacceptable to the Captain, the trip will be rescheduled. |
|
| ~ The deposit will be given back if the trip is cancelled due to weather & cannot be rescheduled. |
|
| ~ Trips will not be cancelled due to rain. |
